If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it right.
📦 30-Day Returns
Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.
✅ Condition
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If an item has been used or damaged by the customer, we may not be able to accept the return.
📧 How to Start a Return
Email us at jabulaandcoservices@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
🔧 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it or refund you in full — no return needed. Just send us a photo of the issue and your order number to jabulaandcoservices@gmail.com.
🙩 Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
